Install spacing strip on Reference Mounting Track index screw (Figure 5).
z
Locate the Number Index selected by flowmeter and move the second mounting track assembly
to that location using the spacing strip index numbers. Fit the spacing strip hole on the second
mounting track index screw. Remove slack in spacing strip by moving second mounting track
away from Reference Mounting Track.

Fully tighten securing straps on second mounting track assembly.
z
Feed cable through cable bushing access hole, connect to transducer and press cable bushing
into hole (Figure 6).

Place the supplied O-Ring gasket around the recess in the transducer’s footprint (Figure 6).
Apply a 1/4” bead of couplant to emitting surface of transducer.
z
Install transducer back end first and mate with pipe (Figure 7). Butt front of transducer against
track assembly and secure by tightening the transducer clamp.
