Managing the Device Settings
You can export and back up the information set in Administrator Settings. If a problem occurs, you can
import the backup file again to return the settings to their previous states.
You can also synchronize the settings of multiple whiteboards at remote locations using the setting
information of a single whiteboard.
• Keep USB flash memory devices out of reach of children. If a child accidentally swallows a USB
flash memory device, consult a doctor immediately.
• Do not edit an exported configuration file. If an edited configuration file is imported, the system will
not work correctly.
• Do not change the file name of an exported configuration file. A configuration file whose name has
been changed cannot be restored.
• Do not remove a USB flash memory device while backing up or restoring a configuration file.
