Cannot login whiteboard The login user name is
duplicated on the server or
the external authentication
server. • Check the user information.
• Delete the account.
Cannot login whiteboard An unexpected error has
occurred during the login
process. Restart the machine. If you cannot login
after restarting, contact your
administrator.
Connection has failed Failed to communicate with
the server.

Cannot use the
authentication function Failed to perform license
authentication.
