standby.
Check the IP address, this
PC's network settings, and
that the whiteboard is
started, then try again.
The destination device did
not respond for a certain
period of time. Connection
failed.
• Check that the destination device
can access the network.
• Check that the computer can
access the network.
• Wait a while and try again later.
• The IP address of the
destination device is
incorrect.
• The IP address of the
destination device is
not specified.
• The LAN cable of the
destination device is
not connected
properly.
• The destination device
is in standby mode or
turned off.
• Enter the correct IP address of the
destination device and try again.
• Check that the IP address of the
destination device is correctly
configured.
• Check that the LAN cable of the
destination device is properly
connected.
• Restart the destination device and
try again.

extended desktop.
Extended desktop mode is
enabled on the computer on
which the IWB Remote
Desktop Software for Mac is
installed.
Disable the extended desktop mode.
