SPID
– enables you to assign SPIDs for the BRI port. It is enabled when the country
selected is
US
, or
Other
when 5ESS, NI-1 (National ISDN-1) or DMS100 is selected in the
Signaling Protocol drop down list. For information, see “Assigning SPIDs,” page 5-29.
Directory Num.
– enables you to assign Directory numbers for the BRI port. For
information, see “Assigning Directory Numbers,” page 5-29.
WAN Call Parameters
– displays the WAN Call Parameter screen and allows you to set
incoming call routing methods for this port. For information, see “Setting WAN Call
Routing Parameters,” page 5-31.
Supported Services
– displays the Supported Services screen allowing you to set the
services supported by this port. For information, see “Viewing and Setting Supported
Services,” page 5-32.
Advanced
– displays the Advanced Settings screen. See “Advanced Settings for the ISDN
BRI Port,” page 5-34.
Note: For 5ESS Point-to-Point signaling protocol, select the 5ESS_PTP protocol from the
Signaling Prot. drop down list. When using the 5ESS_PTP protocol, SPIDs and
Directory Numbers should be left blank.
