Uploading Files to the Gateway
The Gateway stores information such as the operating software, BRI module drivers, FPGA
files, and IVR messages on its on-board Flash memory. The Software Upload Utility
enables you to update or upgrade any of these software modules (for information on
upgrading the Gateway software version, contact RADVision Technical Support).
When you upload a file to the Gateway using the Software Upload Utility, the existing
software version or IVR message is replaced with the new version.
If you are uploading a new Gateway software version, you should save any configuration
you made to a file.
Note: The Software Upload Utility serves other RADVision OnLAN units. You only need to
install it once for all OnLAN units.
