Saving and Uploading the Gateway Parameters
The Save Setup screen allows you to save the Gateway configuration parameters to a local
file. If you have more than one Gateway unit, we recommend that you save the
configuration settings for each unit to a separate file.

To save the Gateway configuration parameters to a file
1. In
the
Save as
text box, type the name of the file to which you want to save the
configuration parameters.
2. Click
Yes
to confirm. The parameters are saved as an *.ini file to the directory in
which the OnLAN Configure 323 configuration software is installed. The next time
you access this Gateway configuration, this file appears in the
Source
drop down list
box of the Configuration Source screen (see page 5-14). The Confirm screen is
displayed.
The Confirm screen allows you to upload the configuration parameters to the Gateway. For
the configuration changes to take place you have to upload them to the unit.
Note: You can upload the configuration parameters to the Gateway even if you did not save
the setup to a file.
