Next Step: Configuration
Now that you have installed the Gateway, you have to configure it. The configuration
process is detailed in the next three chapters. The following table summarizes the
configuration chapters:

Preparing for Configuration
Gives guidelines for planning the configuration process
as well as instructions for setting up the configuration
terminal with the OnLAN Configure 323 configuration
software.
Basic Configuration
Guides you through the essential configuration
procedures for the Gateway and the Gatekeeper. Once
these are complete, your Gateway is ready for operation
and you can make LAN to WAN and WAN to LAN calls.
Advanced Gatekeeper
Configuration
Guides you through the configuration options for the
Gatekeeper not covered in the Basic Configuration
chapter, most of which refer to network resource
administration options.
If you are installing and configuring the Gateway for the first time, read Chapter 4,
“Preparing for Configuration” before configuring.
