To run the IVR Recording Utility
•
Click the Start button; point to Programs and then point to RADVision OnLAN
Tools . Click IVR Recording Utility . The RADVision IVR recording utility window is
displayed:

Playing the Recorded IVR Recordings
Before you replace the default IVR recordings you may want to listen to them first. Each
recording is played separately. Repeat the following steps for each recording you want to
play.

To play a recorded IVR message
1. From the Admin menu at the IVR recording utility main screen point to the Play
Recordings option. A submenu with the numbers of the recordings is displayed.
2. Select the number of the recording you want to hear. The recording is played.
3. To stop playing before the end of the recording, click
Cancel .
