RENs should not exceed five (5.0). To be certain of the number of devices that may be
connected to a line, as determined by the total RENs, contact the local telephone company.
Note: The REN is not applicable to the RADVision L2W-323 Gateway product. If
requested, this information must be given to the telephone company.
3. Facility Interface Information
In order to connect registered terminal equipment to the telephone company lines, the
terminal equipment must utilize FCC registered jacks. Standardized jacks are used for this
equipment.
The following tables list facility interfaces, manufacturer’s network interface port
designations, service codes, and network jacks for digital ISDN BRI services.

* The MW-BRI-2 and MW-BRI-2-EC interfaces are connected to the public switched
telephone network through FCC registered Network Termination (NT1) which specifies the
type of network jacks to be used.
4. Disruption of the Network
If the RADVision L2W-323 Gateway product disrupts the telephone network, the telephone
company can discontinue your service temporarily. If possible, the telephone company will
notify you in advance. If advance notice is not practical, they will notify you as soon as
possible. You are also informed of your right to file a complaint with the FCC.
5. Telephone Company Facility Changes
The telephone company can make changes in its facilities, equipment, operations, or
procedures that can affect the operation of your equipment. If they do, you should be
notified in advance so you have an opportunity to maintain uninterrupted telephone service.
6. Nonlive Voice Equipment
Nonlive voice equipment such as music-on-hold devices and recorded announcers for
systems must be approved by RADVision Ltd and registered in accordance with the rules
and regulations of Subpart C of the FCC Rules, Part 68, or it must be connected through
protective circuitry registered in accordance with the rules and regulations in Subpart C of
the FCC Rules, Part 68.
