ProteinEXact Assay Failed Calibration
The ProteinEXact Assay may display pop-up windows indicating
failed calibration outcome only. Failed calibration indicates the
assay is not able to collect data.
Troubleshooting Assay Problems
For problems with assays, see the

for the
specific assay you are running. The Assay Guides contain common
problems that may occur for each type of assay, and suggested
solutions to resolve the problems.

Re-prepare the chip, making sure the reagents are
fresh, and retry calibration by performing another run
