Click the
Train
button and select the
Target
icon as shown below.
Set the crosshairs on the center of the code and click the mouse again to activate the
Autocalibration
routine. Autocalibration progress will be shown in WebLink's
Image Area
.
Labels normally do not need to be trained, but if so will take about 15-30 seconds with Window of
Interest Framing on, and 30-45 seconds without.
DPM codes will often benefit from training. Training can take up to 60 seconds with Window of Interest
Framing on, and 90 seconds without. The better the initial image, the faster calibration will be.
When Autocalibration is complete, you will see a message stating whether it has passed or failed. If it
passes, the reader’s settings will be optimized to decode the symbol on which it has just been calibrated.
4-2-2 Perform Training
