N-8 Global Sorting Options

Note:
Although this feature has built in tolerance when one symbol not exactly line up with other
symbols on the image to consider as same row or column, it is best to be used when the image has
single row or column of symbol to decode or output.
Definition: Global Sorting Options
specifies the sorting that a user wants to apply to the global
matrix or to decoded symbol output.

Definition:
Allows you to order symbol data output by row or by column.
