The Destination Phone Number Manipulation table should be setup to assign an NPI/TON
classification for every number that the gateway will be dialing. The dialed number digits can be
expressed using a variety of rules such as wild cards and digit ranges in order to simplify this. For
example, if all private number calls were setup using 4 digit dialing, you could express this as xxxx
(any 4 digit number) and assign the correct Private Number NPI/TON (either level 1 or level 0).
All other numbers would therefore be PSTN numbers. Setup would look like this:
