Note:
Using the Windows Properties display, verify that the MS-DOS name of the INI file
is in fact mp104.ini, and NOT by mistake mp104.ini.ini, or mp104~.ini.
To restore the VoIP Gateway default configuration parameters, use the mp1xx.INI file
without any valid parameters or with semicolon (;) character preceding all lines in the file.
