a = Phone number
b = Number of stripped digits
c = New prefix to be added, or "none"
d = Number of remained digits from right
This parameter defines the rule(s) for changing the destination phone number
received on an IP to telephone call. Each rule is applied to a number that
matches the "a" number.
The "a" (dialed number) can be one of the following notations or any combination
of them:
- Single number
- Range, such as [10-20]
- Group of numbers such as [10,20,30]
- Wild characters, such as - xxx (x - for any digit)
- "#" - terminating character to specify exact number
- "*" - to specify that the number is prefix

The "b" and "c" actions apply to a number that starts with the "a" prefix. The
actions apply to the number in the following order: "b", "d" and then "c".
The prefix "c" can also include "D" and "P" characters.
D - Detect Dial tone, before dialing the DTMF digits. The D can appear only as
first character in prefix field.
P - Pause for 1.5 seconds. The P can appear several times.
For example the prefix can look like:
D9P1122, D8PP300, P, PP, DP200, DPP
Note: This parameter corresponds to the Digit Delivery table in the web
interface.

1 - Route calls after number manipulation
Defines order between routing calls to Hunt group and manipulation of
destination number.

1 - Route calls after number manipulation
Defines order between routing incoming calls to IP, using routing table, and
manipulation of destination number.
Not applicable if a Gatekeeper is used.
