Operation
Programmable Function Keys
To define a Programmable Function Key as a One-Touch Key:
1.
Dial the service code for Function Key Programming (Program 11-11-17, 851 by default).
2.
Press the key to be defined.
3.
Dial

(DSS/One-Touch Key Operation).
4.
For Direct Station Selection (Extension):
a. Dial extension number you want assigned to that key.

For Personal Speed Dial

a. Dial the general trunk access code (

).

Dial the Specific Trunk Service Code (

) plus the trunk number (e.g., 005).

b. Dial the number you want to store.
The total of the digits stored in steps 3 and 4 cannot exceed 24.
