The measured back RF reflection is excessive. The possible
causes for this error are:
Poor RF cable connection, check cable connection.
Faulty RF Power Unit
Faulty Q-Switch
Recycle the power on the Marker. If this error persists, contact
Miyachi America.
50 RF Temperature Error OFF
The RF Unit is overheating. The possible causes for this error
are:
Dirty Control Unit Air-filter, clean as necessary.
High Ambient temperature,

before re-starting the Marker. If this error persists, contact

51 LD Temperature Error OFF
The LD (Laser Diode) Module is overheating. The possible
causes for this error are:

Faulty Peltier Cooling Unit
