CAUTION
The difference between the character directions are as follows:
IL: The character is oriented such that the bottom of the character is
positioned towards the arc center. (The top of the character is positioned
away from the arc center).
OL: The character is oriented such that the top of the character is
positioned towards the arc center. (The bottom of the character is
positioned away from the arc center)
