Item Description
LD current Sets the base (idle) LD current.
LD current offset Sets the LD offset current by a fixed percentage.
Marking speed Sets the default Marking speed.
Cycle frequency
Sets the Laser pulse irradiation interval. Affects the peak
output value and heating power.
None Marking is made with basic beam diameter.
Standard Standard
High quality
One direction scan action carries out high-quality thick-line
marking.
Thick line
function
Fluctuation Fills up the width of the line with a spiral pattern.
Contour correction If a thick line is selected, laser beam overlap is avoided.
Line width Thick line width is designated.
Line count Number of laser beams used to produce a thick line.
Amplitude width Sets the thick line fluctuation width
Amplitude frequency Sets the thick line fluctuation rate.
LD current limit Sets the upper LD current limit.
LD current limit no-disp Hides the LD current limit value.
NOTE: When changing the LD current limit, be sure to raise the value incrementally by 1 A for
every 1000 hours of LD operation. If the laser mark starts to degrade, the LD current limit should
be raised in 1A increments until marking improves. If marking does not improve when the LD
current limit is raised 2A or 3A, then the protective glass may be dirty (see
Chapter 12,
Maintenance ). If the problem is not resolved, contact Miyachi America at the address in the front
