30 LD Power Supply Overheat Error. OFF
The LD Power Supply is overheating. The possible causes for
this error are:
Dirty Control Unit Air-filter, clean as necessary.

Perform corrective action, and then wait at least 10 minutes
before re-starting the Marker. If this error persists, contact
Miyachi America.
31 LD Current Error OFF
An LD current error has been detected. This error occurs
when the measured current doesn’t match the power supply
set value. This error can occur when A.C. line transients are
present. Recycle the power on the Marker. If this error
persists, contact Miyachi America.
32 LD Voltage Error OFF
An LD voltage error has been detected. This error occurs
when the measured voltage doesn’t match the power supply
set value. This error can occur when A.C. line transients are
present. Recycle the power on the Marker. If this error
persists, contact Miyachi America.
