This section describes how to mark a matrix of character line such as

over 8 rows and 3
columns.
i.
On the 1

line of the
Layout creation
screen, input the
standard characters
12345
(as described below).

Define the
Shape/Function
as
Linear
(horizontal).
iii.
Set the character
Start position X
and
Start position Y
to
0
.
iv.
Define the character
height
and
tilt
(character height:
5).
v.
Define the character arrangement (
center-justify
, 15 mm).
vi.
Define the
Character type
as 1st standard. Key in
12345
.
vii.
Select the
Redisplay
button and verify the layout graphic display.
viii.
Press the
Insert
button to insert a new input line.
