4.3.23 Replace casters
a) Brake the two casters which aren’t to be replaced (front or rear).
b) Place a jack (maximum load: over 100 kg) in the mounting area of casters,
and lift the two casters at the same time, thus the system doesn’t topple to
one side.
c) Place a piece of wood in the middle of the front or rear bottom (width: 150
mm
×
length: 150 mm
×
height: 150 mm).
d) Use an inner hexagonal wrench to loosen 4 M8X16 inner hexagonal
screws, take out 4 M8 washers, and remove the casters for replacement.
