When the operational mode of the WCM is set to QinQ/S-VLAN mode the tagging and
priority menu is as below, for access ports

5.3.1.7.1.2.1
Port Mode
The port determines whether the port will act as an access or a trunk port.
Access
Frames ingressing an access port will have an S-Tag pushed which will
use the defined ID and priority as determined by the priority source setting.
Frames may be tagged or untagged.
Trunk
All frames traversing a trunk port must be tagged with an S-Tag with an
Ethertype matching the defined value.
