5.2.9 Priority Management
This configuration menu provides the configuration for the WCM QOS support. The
priority management menu is as below:

5.2.9.1 DSCP->C-Tag Mapping
The WCM allows priority to sourced from the IP DSCP marker. DSCP is a 6 bit control,
and as such has a range of 0 to 63. When DSCP is used to source a tag priority there are
only 3 bits used thus a translation is required.
As there are only four levels of queue supported in the WCM, the DSCP to PCP mapping
only actually sets the top 2 bits of the PCB, with the third (LSB) coming from the port
default setting. This means that the DSCP values may be allocated to four priority levels
