Setting up level
To set the measurement signal level, use the following command.

Selecting measurement range mode
To select the measurement range mode (auto range/hold range), use the following
command.

Selecting measurement range
To select the measurement range, use the following command.

[:SENSe][:FIMPedance]:RANGe[:UPPer] on page 262
The selectable measurement ranges differ depending on the measurement signal frequency.
Therefore, if a newly selected measurement frequency conflicts with the current
measurement range setting, the setting automatically changes to cover the allowable range.
NOTE
Setting up the measurement range automatically sets up the measurement range mode to
the hold range mode.
Selecting measurement time
To select the measurement time (1,2,4,6,8), use the following command.
