Description
Sets the measurement range.
When you set the measurement range with this command, the measurement range mode is
automatically set to the hold range (specified to OFF with the
[:SENSe][:FIMPedance]:RANGe:AUTO
NOTE
The measurement range varies depending upon the frequency setting.
Parameters
If one of the settable values is not specified for the parameter, a suitable measurement
range whose recommended range includes the specified parameter (for example, 10E-9 if
the specified parameter is 5E-9) is set.
MAX or MIN can be used to specify the parameters.
