Multimeter Check the power supply
to the O2 board and
flask rotating equipment.

Replace the mains power
supply unit.

Bus cable and
sensor block
both in working
order. Switch the unit off.
Disconnect the bus ca-
ble to the sensor block
at the main board.
Attach the test set (ca-
ble/sensor block).
Switch the unit on.
Perform the functional
test. Test set operational:

Repeat the functional test of
the individual installed com-
ponents. Replace the cable
or sensor block.
Test set not operational:

Replace the main board.
99 Ohmmeter The door switch contact
is closed when the glass
door is open!
Perform the functional
test at the main bard in-
put. If defective: Replace the
door switch.

If defective: Replace the
main board.
77 Error in the CO
2
cal range:
Initiate an auto-start.
Temperature adjustment er-
ror:
If the error reoccurs, re-
place the measuring cell.
Replace the measuring
cell.
