Symptom
Possible Cause
Measure
The ATS controller screen
cannot be turned on.
The controller is not
powered on.
The controller breaks
down.
The fuse inside the
controller is damaged.
Check that the cable
terminal on the top of the
controller has been
inserted.
Power off the ATS
upstream for 5 minutes,
restart the controller, and
check whether the screen
is on.
The controller fuse is
blown and the controller
needs to be replaced.
The alarm indicator on the
ATS is on and the ATS
failed to connect to power
source 1 or 2.
The ATS signal cable is
loose.
The ATS control loop
switch is not turned on.
The ATS fuse has blown.
The fault information
displayed on the
controller is not cleared.
The ATS handle is not
pulled out.
Connect and secure the
ATS signal cable.
Turn on the ATS control
loop switch.
Replace the blown ATS
fuse.
Rectify faults for the
controller.
Remove the ATS handle.
The ATS button mode and
automatic mode fail. Only
the manual mode can be
used.
Mains 1 has no voltage.
The phase sequence of
mains 2 is wrong.
The power source of the
motor operation
mechanism is abnormal
and the fuse of the
control loop has blown.
The signal cable on the
controller is not secured.
Check that mains 1 has
voltage.
Check and rectify the
phase sequence of mains
2.
Replace the fuse by
referring to
Check that the signal
cable on the controller is
securely connected.
