Symptom
Possible Cause
Measure
The ATS cannot switch
automatically.
The power is abnormal.
The alarm indicator on
the ATS controller is on.
The ATS is set to manual
mode.
The ATS handle is not
removed.
The ATS controller has
no input.
The control loop fuse has
blown.
The switching delay is
set, but the ATS does not
automatically switch to
O.
Check that the power is
normal.
Clear all ATS alarms.
Set the ATS to automatic
mode.
Remove the ATS handle.
Check that the terminal
output is 220 V using a
multimeter. If it is
abnormal, check that the
upstream input circuit
breaker is turned on.
Replace the fuse by
referring to
Set the switching delay,
and close the automatic
switch to O.
The surge protection
function fails.
The SPD circuit breaker
is not turned on.
The SPD ground cable is
not connected.
The surge protection
module is abnormal. The
SPD window is red.
Check that the SPD
circuit breaker is turned
on. The power
distribution subrack
(monitoring type) will
prompt an alarm
indicating that the SPD
circuit breaker is not
turned on.
Check that the SPD
ground cable is
connected.
Replace the surge
protection module by
referring to
Replacing a Surge
Protection Module
The indicators are off.
Cables are loose.
The fuse holder trips.
The fuse is damaged.
The indicators are
damaged.
Connect the cables again.
Turn on the fuse holder.
Replace the fuse of the
indicators by referring to
Replace an indicators by

The mains switch is ON.
The LCD displays nothing.
The input power supply is
not connected.
Check the UPS input power
cable connection.
