5 Parts Replacement

Remove the faulty pad power socket from the guide rails of the cabinet.

Step 2

Install the new pad power socket on the guide rails by referring to the preceding method, and
connect cables.

5.2.7 Replacing a Modbus Card

Prerequisites



Tools: ESD gloves, Phillips screwdriver.



Materials: A spare Modbus card of the same model is available and functional.

Procedure

Step 1

Record positions where the signal cable connect to the Modbus card.

Step 2

Remove the Modbus card, and remark the DIP switch position.

Step 3

Set the DIP switch in new Modbus card base on the recorded information.

Step 4

Install a new Modbus card.

Step 5

Install the signal cables to the Modbus card base on the recorded information.

Step 6

Add UPS on the WebUI.

5.2.8 Replacing an ATS Controller

Prerequisites



Tools: electroprobe, insulation gloves, Phillips screwdriver, multimeter.



Materials: A spare ATS controller of the same model is available and functional.



The ATS controller is damaged or faulty and cannot work.

The figures are for reference only. The actual product appearance prevails.

Procedure

Step 1

Open the front door of the Converged Cabinet.

Step 2

Remove the front panel from the ATS PDU using a Phillips screwdriver, as shown in
