5 Parts Replacement

Issue 02 (2016-11-15)

Huawei Proprietary and Confidential

Step 10

Weld the suction and discharge pipes again using welding equipment and reconnect the
compressor cable and ground cable.

The connection box cover is marked U, V, and W. Connect cables according to the cable
sequence and color (red for U, black for V, and blue for W).

Step 11

Reconnect cables to the oil heating belt, secure them using cable ties, and put a thermal
insulation cover on the compressor.

Step 12

Perform a leakage test with nitrogen again.

Step 13

After checking that the air conditioner does not leak, vacuumize the air conditioner and
charge refrigerant.

Step 14

Reinstall the left front panel and right rear panel.

Step 15

Clear up the compressor total runtime.



5.3.2.3 Replacing a Filter Dryer

Prerequisites



A filter dryer needs to be replaced.



A spare filter dryer of the same model is available and functional.

Context



Tools: welding equipment, refrigerant retrieval device (configured based on local
conditions), Phillips screwdriver, nitrogen cylinder, refrigerant tank, vacuum pump,
pressure gauge, leather hose, protective gloves.



Preparation: Power off the outdoor unit and empty the system of refrigerant.

Procedure

Step 1

Shut down the air conditioner over the EMS.



Method 1: Log in to the ECC800 mobile phone or pad app as admin.
