5.3.1.4 Replacing a Humidifier Pump

Prerequisites



Tool: Phillips screwdriver.



A humidifier pump needs to be replaced.



A spare humidifier pump of the same model is available and functional.

Context

The humidifier pump is maintained from the rear.

Procedure

Step 1

Shut down the air conditioner over the EMS.



Method 1: Log in to the ECC800 mobile phone or pad app as admin.

Remove the hose clamps at the inlet and outlet hoses of the humidifier pump using a Phillips
screwdriver, and remove the hoses, as shown in

Figure 5-30

Step 5

Unscrew the top metal sheet of the humidifier pump using a Phillips screwdriver by removing
the two screws, as shown in

Figure 5-30

Step 6

Take the humidifier pump outwards, as shown in

Figure 5-30
