or cable is disconnected.
Check the main circuit breaker, fuses, and
cables.
The compressor motor is
damaged.
Check whether the motor is damaged.
Replace the motor if it is faulty.
The compressor does not
need to start.
Check for the requirement status on the LCD.
The compressor does not
work.
Check whether the compressor driver is
faulty. Replace the compressor if it is faulty.
The

discharg

tempera
ture is
too
high.
The refrigerant loop or
component is blocked.
Clean the loop and components.
The outdoor units are not
installed in right
positions. (The
installation distances
should meet
requirements.)
Install outdoor units in the right positions
based on the installation requirements.
Air enters the refrigerant
loop.
Check the discharge temperature and
pressure. Eliminate and retrieve refrigerant.
Refill refrigerant.
Heat dissipation is poor
because the condenser is
dirty or blocked.
Clean the condenser fins using a fin brush.
The outdoor fan fails.
Check whether the outdoor fan works
properly.
The refrigerant is
insufficient.
Fill more refrigerant.
