Removal and Replacement Procedures

Installing the Hardwire Conversion Kit:
A. If the wiring is done at another location:
1. Attach the conversion plate to the rear panel using four Torx screws. Make certain
that the plate is positioned over the right opening in the rear panel.
2. Reinstall the left Access Panel on the rear panel using the four Torx screws that
were removed earlier.
3. Apply the Hardwire Conversion Kit labels to the shipping container and pack the
unit. Contact the local Hewlett-Packard Sales and Service Office for repacking
information and materials.
B. If the wiring is done on site:
1. Wire gauge requirements for new hardwired installations:
a. Input Wiring:
