Set Measurement Conditions for Sweep Points
4.4.5 Setting the Delay Time for Each Sweep Point (Point Delay)
Set the delay time for each sweep point in the point delay setting.
In sweep measurement, some measurement samples may require time for the measured value
to stabilize due to transient response. For such cases, set a point delay time.
