FRONT BRAKE LAMP SWITCH

Test for continuity between the switch input and switch output 
with the front brake on and off. If the test fails, replace the 
front brake lamp switch.

Standard:

On - Continuity

Off - No Continuity

INSTALLATION

1.

Install the throttle cables into the throttle grip.

2.

Install the cable retainer.

1.

Install the control body on the handlebar and fasten the 

screws.

Torque: 20 in-lbs

Notice

Place the tab on the control body into the hole in the 
handlebar.

1. ALIGNMENT HOLE

2.

Route the handlebar control harness and fasten the 

handlebar and steering head wire clips.

3.

Connect the wiring harness to the right handlebar control 

and right turn signal.

4.

 Connect the front brake lamp switch.

1. WIRE CLIPS

5.

Move handlebars from stop to stop to verify free 

movement. Correct any wire routing problems.

6.

Install the fuel tank 

(see FUEL TANK

Connect the battery, positive cable first
