ENGINE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

5. Install the left front engine isolator bracket onto the engine
(isolator bracket with threaded holes).
6. Thread the studs into the engine isolator bracket, install a
washer first, and to locknuts on each stud. Thread the studs
into the engine isolator bracket, thread them in until the head
of each stud is flush with the bracket.

2. MOUNTING STUD 3. WASHER AND TWO
LOCKNUTS
7. Remove the second locknut from the engine isolator
bracket upper stud, tighten the upper stud locknut to a torque
of 35 ft-lb.
8. Remove the second locknut from the engine isolator
bracket lower stud, and tighten the lower stud locknut to a
torque of 20 ft-lb.
1. REMOVE LOCKNUT
2. UPPER STUD 3. LOWER STUD
9. Install the right front engine isolator bracket (isolator
bracket with through holes) onto the threaded studs, install
flat washers and lock nuts.
10. Tighten the upper stud locknut to a torque of 35 ft-lb.
11. Tighten the lower stud locknut to a torque of 20 ft-lb.

12. Install the voltage regulator and mounting bracket, onto
the mounting holes of the isolator bracket.
13. Install the mounting bolts and torque to 7 ft-lb.
