ROLLOVER VALVE

REMOVAL

1.

Pull the rollover valve and clip from the mounting panel.

1. ROLLOVER VALVE

2. TANK VENT TUBE

2.

While holding the rollover valve and clip, remove the 

upper tube from the rollover valve inlet.

3.

Make note of the drain tube routing. Remove the rollover 

valve and lower drain tube from underneath the motorcycle.

4.

Discard the clip.

1. DRAIN TUBE

INSPECTION

Inspect the rollover valve openings for obstructions. Hold the 
valve with the inlet up. Blow air (low pressure) through the 
inlet. Air should flow freely. If not, replace the rollover valve.

Hold the valve with the inlet down. Blow through the inlet. 
There should be no air flow. If there is air flow, replace the 
rollover valve.

INSTALLATION

1.

Install and lock a new clip on the rollover valve.

2.

Hold the rollover valve and insert the inlet into the tank 

vent tube.

3.

Route the drain tube as originally installed.

4.

Press the rollover valve clip into the mounting panel.
