INSTALLATION
Install isolation mounts in the risers.
Install risers on top triple clamp.
Torque: Handlebar riser screws
1.00 ft-lbs.
Center handlebar knurled areas on the risers. Install clamps
and clamp screws finger tight. Position handlebar in desired
location.
Caution
Check clearance between handlebar and fuel tank with
front fork turned to full travel in both directions. If the
handlebar is pulled too far back, it may contact the fuel
tank resulting in damage to the motorcycle and/or
personal injury.

Tighten clamp screws.
Torque: Handlebar clamp screws
2.00 ft-lbs.
Notice
The gap between the risers and the clamp must be equal
on both sides.

Install brake lever assembly.
Slide throttle grip onto handlebar and connect throttle cables.
Install right control assembly.
WARNING
Make sure the brake lever has adequate travel. Failure to
insure proper operation could result in damage to the
motorcycle and/or personal injury.
