Activated software is interrupted when any of the following conditions occur. Interrupted software is
automatically resumed. However, depending on the particular software, the status at the time of
interruption may or may not be restored.

Using software to start another specified i-
α
ppli allows use of the software without returning to the
software list. If no software to be started is set, selection of software is required. If software to be started
is set but not on the software list, it must be downloaded.

When you are outside the service area and cannot communicate or the saved data cannot be used,
software may not start or not operate correctly.

When starting software while activating Privacy Mode (“Authorized access” set for i-
α
ppli), entry of the
terminal security code is required.

Images used on i-
α
ppli or your entered data may automatically be sent to the server via Internet. Images
used on i-
α
ppli are images shot with the camera while i-
α
ppli is activated, images obtained using the
i-
α
ppli infrared communication function, images downloaded from sites or Internet web pages, or images
obtained from Data Box.

Because of the 3D polygon* engine loaded, three-dimensional image can be displayed with i-
α
ppli.
*By combining polygons (triangles and squares), three-dimensional image with depth can be displayed.

ppli builders:
If software does not operate normally while building, trace display may help. Press

display the trace. Note that trace information is not displayed if software built to record trace information
is not saved.

Depending on the software, there is a case that IP (Information service provider) directly accesses the
saved software in FOMA terminal and stops the software usage. If the software usage is in stopped
condition, you cannot start, set to stand-by display, or update the software, but only can delete it or
display the software detail information.
To use the software again, you will have to receive communication of reuse. Contact the IP (Information
service provider).

Depending on the software, there is a case that IP (Information service provider) sends data to the
software saved in FOMA terminal.
●
When your terminal stops or restarts the software or sends data by request of IP(Information service
provider), flashes and i-mode communication is carried out , but in this case no communication fee is
charged.
