■ Setting display name, file name and comment

Select an item to set and enter display name, file name and comment.

Display name can contain up to 36 two-byte or one-byte characters.
･
File name can contain up to 36 characters including one-byte alphanumeric, “ . ”, “ - ” and
“ _ ”. However, “ . ” cannot be used as the first character of file name.
･
Comment can contain up to 100 two-byte or one-byte characters.
■ Using as frame and stamp

Frame or stamp images are saved in “Item” folder.

INFORMATION
●
You can save an image with the same display name and file name for the saved image file.
●
Some items may not be available for setting depending on the image file.
●
Some images may not be displayed correctly.
●
When displaying a site including an image wider than the display, the image will be reduced.
●
Images with horizontal and vertical (or vertical and horizontal) sizes exceeding 640 x 480 in GIF format
or 1224
x
1632 in JPEG format cannot be saved. Some JPEG images may not be saved.
●
Images with horizontal and vertical (or vertical and horizontal) sizes exceeding 352 x 288 cannot be used
as frame. Images with the sizes exceeding 210 x 210 cannot be used as stamp. Still images in GIF
format and Flash graphics cannot be used as frame or stamp.
●
When the memory for images is not enough or the maximum number of images is exceeded, a confirmation
screen is displayed asking whether to delete the images saved in FOMA terminal. To save image, follow the
instructions on the screen and delete images in FOMA terminal until an available space required for saving
image is recovered.

Before deletion, an image can be displayed by pressing

on the image list and detail information

･ You cannot change file restrictions for image files downloaded from
sites.
･
For an image which is prohibited to attach to mail or output from FOMA
terminal (“File restricted” is displayed), you cannot change the item
settings except for display name.
