Deleting a folder with software stored in it also deletes all the software in that folder. Note that the
folder cannot be deleted if it contains protected software.

To delete a folder with any software stored in it, enter the terminal security code.

Select “Yes”.

If there is any Message i-

ppli in the folder to delete, a confirmation screen is displayed asking
whether to delete the automatically created mail folder at the same time. Select “Yes” to delete
the mail folder and all messages stored in the folder. Select “No” to delete the software only.
However, if there is any protected message in the mail folder or Privacy Mode is activated
(“Authorized access” set for Mail), you cannot delete the software or mail folder even when
“Yes” is selected.
