Checking procedures

To perform an electrical check of the fin thermistor

1

Stop operation of the outdoor unit and wait for at least 30 minutes.

2

Measure the ambient temperature close to the outdoor unit.

3

Connect the service checker tool to the outdoor unit.

4

Read  the  temperature  of  the  specific  PCB  fin  thermistor.  The  read
temperature MUST correspond to the measured ambient temperature.

Does the temperature of the fin
thermistor match with the ambient
temperature?

Action

Yes

Thermistor is OK. Return to the
troubleshooting of the specific error
and continue with the next procedure.

No

Replace the specific PCB, see
