Prerequisite:

Turn OFF the respective circuit breaker.

Remove the required plate work, see

"3.15 Plate work"

[

Loosen and remove the screw using an Allen key.

Remove the axle cover.

Pull the propeller fan blade from the fan motor axle.

Propeller fan blade assembly

Pulley remover

INFORMATION

Use a pulley remover if the propeller cannot be removed manually.

To install the propeller fan blade assembly, see

To remove the DC fan motor assembly

Remove the propeller fan blade assembly from the DC fan motor assembly,
see

"Repair procedures"

[

308].

Disconnect the DC fan motor connector from the fan inverter PCB.

Unlock the ferrite bead.

Cut the tie strap.

Detach the DC fan motor cable.
