Use a pulley remover if the propeller cannot be removed manually.

To install the propeller fan blade assembly, see

To remove the DC fan motor assembly

Remove the propeller fan blade assembly from the DC fan motor assembly,
see

"Repair procedures"

[

313].

Remove the required plate work, see

"3.15 Plate work"

[

315].

Disconnect the DC fan motor connector from the fan inverter PCB.

Unlock the ferrite bead.

Cut the tie strap.

Detach the DC fan motor cable.

Fan motor cable

Tie wrap

Screw

Fan motor

Remove the 4 screws that fix the DC fan motor assembly.

Remove the DC fan motor assembly from the unit.

To install the DC fan motor assembly, see

"Repair procedures"

To install the DC fan motor assembly

Install the DC fan motor assembly in the correct location.

Install and tighten the 4 screws.

Route the DC fan motor cable.

Attach the DC fan motor cable.

Install a new tie strap to fix the DC fan motor cable.

Connect the DC fan motor connector to the connector on the fan inverter
PCB.

Lock the ferrite bead.
