5.20 Filling the spray tank
In preparation.
Adding spray product through the tank opening
WARNING
Read and obey the instructions on the label and in the documentation of the
spray product.
While filling the spray tank with water, the spray product can be added through
the tank opening.
Procedure:
1.
WARNING.
Use Personal Protective Equip-
ment specified by the spray product manu-
facturer (refer to the label and the Safety Da-
ta Sheet).
2. Make sure that the spray tank does not over-
flow.
3. Pour the spray product through the basket
filter into the spray tank.
4. Place the empty container over the rinsing
nozzle. Rinse out the container.
5. Clean the basket filter with the spray gun.
6. Close the tank lid.
5.21 Pressure filter
The sprayer is supplied with pressure filter elements
(50 mesh / red), suitable for many spray nozzles.
Use different filter elements if specified by the spray
nozzle manufacturer. Agrifac can supply 3 different
filter elements: 8250256 (50 mesh / red), 8250221
(30 mesh / yellow) and 8250254 (80 mesh / blue).
