Loading the machine:
1.
Let the truck driver park the trailer on a firm, even surface.
2. Remove mud, clay, snow, ice, oil and grease from the ramps [1] and from the trailer floor
[2].
3. Sit down on the driver’s seat of the sprayer, close the door and start the engine.
4. Fasten your seat belt.
5. Increase or decrease the track width: the width over the tyres must approximately be the
same as the trailer width.
6. Drive slowly onto the trailer. Let an assistant next to the trailer give directions.
7. Deflate the air springs (  43 ).
8. Apply the parking brake.
9. Close the right door.
10. Turn the engine off and take the ignition key with you.
11. Lock the left door.
12. Fold the rear-view mirrors in.
13. Measure the overall dimensions of the truck and the machine.
14. If necessary: deflate the tyres to decrease the transport height.
15. Secure the machine to the trailer:
•
By blocking the wheels [3].
•
With 4 chains. Attach the chains [4] to the lashing points [6] on the machine. Tension the
chains with chain tensioners [5].
Upon arrival:
1. Let the truck driver park the trailer on a firm, even surface.
2. Remove the chains.
3. Sit down on the driver’s seat of the sprayer, close the door and start the engine.
4. Fasten your seat belt.
5. Release the parking brake.
6. Inflate the air springs (


7. Drive slowly off the trailer. Let an assistant next to the trailer give directions.
8. Park the machine and apply the parking brake.
9. Turn the engine off.
10. Check the machine for any transport damage. Immediately report transport damage to the
transporter and your dealer.
11. Check the tyre pressure / inflate the tyres (

123 ). Possibly the tyres were deflated to de-
crease the transport height.
