2.14 Spray boom

J-boom

The J-boom is standard. The J-boom consists of a
centre frame and a number of boom parts. All
movements are made using hydraulic cylinders:
raising and lowering, unfolding and folding and lev-
elling. Rollers guide the vertical movement. Pres-
sure accumulators buffer shocks when driving
across bumps.

AirFlowPlus-boom

The AirFlowPlus-boom for spraying with air assis-
tance is optional. Fans blow the spray liquid into the
crop. Advantages: less drift, better crop penetration
and decreased usage of spray product.

BalancePlus system

Agrifac’s BalancePlus system is standard. Due to
the spray boom balancing, the spray boom hardly
moves when driving over bumps.

StrictSprayPlus system

Agrifac’s StrictSprayPlus system (SSP) is optional.

StrictHeightPlus system

Agrifac’s StrictHeightPlus system (SHP) is optional.
