6.33 Spray pump (Altek)
NOTICE Do not let the pump run dry for a long time.
NOTICE A leaking diaphragm can irreparably damage the pump. Switch the pump off in
case of the next symptoms and contact your dealer:
•
Oil colour change (water or spray liquid in the oil).
•
Oil/water mixture escapes through the filler cap.
•
Pressure drop.
The life of the diaphragms is determined by the used spray product, the condi-
tion of the suction filter and by the pump speed.
Contact your dealer for the replacement of the piston diaphragms. Replace the
piston diaphragms every 500 operating hours. Replace the piston diaphragms
at least 1x per year (for example at the end of the season). To replace the dia-
phragms, the pump must be removed.
The diaphragm of the pressure accumulator has a life of several years.
Check the oil level daily. Change the oil (  92 ) every 500 operating hours.
Change the oil at least 1x per year.
Checking the oil level:
1. Let the pump run for 1 minute.
2. Check the oil level [1].
3. If necessary: remove the filler cap [2] and
add oil (

